Data from: The origins and evolutionary history of feral apples in southern Ontario, Canada

Genetic (SSR) data was collected on three groups of apple: domestic apple cultivars, native apple, ornamental crabapples, and wild (or feral) domestic apple. The data was collected to determine the origin of feral apples (hybrid or not, parentage) and their evolutionary and colonization history in Ontario.
