资源简介:
Liver injury refers to a pathological state in which the liver tissue is damaged by various factors, resulting in changes in its function and structure. The liver is one of the most important metabolic organs in the human body, which is responsible for a variety of physiological functions, such as detoxification, protein synthesis, energy storage and so on. Therefore, liver injury may have a serious impact on human health. The common types of liver injury include HIRI, chronic liver injury (CLD), acute liver injury (ALI) and so on. This paper is mainly based on HIRI. The over-activated NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein-3 (NLRP3) inflammatory bodies of NOD-like receptors promote the progression of liver injury by inducing cell death, destroying capillary barrier, promoting neutrophil recruitment and so on. This article reviews the mechanism of NLRP3 inflammatory bodies in liver injury and the crosstalk between NLRP3 inflammatory bodies and regulatory cell death, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment and research of liver injury.
