Transcriptomic profiling of renal carcinoma tissue

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) represents an urologic malignancy, with increasing incidence in countries with a high human development index. The management of metastatic RCC has been markedly changing in recent years with the introduction of novel therapies leading to substantial improvements in survival and quality of life of these patients.The aim of the present study was to explore differences in whole transcriptome profile in renal carcinoma patients with defined response (good and poor responders) also with other collected clinic-pathological data.
