Plants censued in the framework of the follow up of the dynamics of the secondary forests of the Lama forest reserve (Southern Benin)

The dataset holds list of species recorded in 79 plots set with a random scheme in the secondary forests of the Lama forest reserve in 2010 and 2015. These data were collected periodically to study the dynamics of the secondary forests. The lack of such data preclude the management of the natural forests in Benin and West Africa. The data collected in 2010 were collected in the framework of the project AIRES-Sud accorded to Professor GANGLO C. Jean. The data in 2015 were collected thanks to an individual grant from IFS accorded to GBETOHO A. Jaures (grant number IFS/D5626-1). The data providers are grateful to all these funding institutions.
