Coho, Chinook, and sockeye salmon SNP datasets from the article, "Revealing the evolutionary history and contemporary population structure of Pacific salmon in the Fraser River through genome resequencing."  SNPs were called on resequenced genomes available from NCBI (PRJNA986075, PRJNA930425, PRJNA694998, and PRJNA1090956) using GATK 3.8.
