RNA-seq was performed in control NCI-H929 cells and BCL7A knock-out NCI-H929 cells (Doxycycline inducible 24 hour) to understand the transcriptomic changes after BCL7A loss in myeloma cells. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of wildtype H929 cells and their knockout derivatives at 24 hours.
