Dataset on the Use of Bibliometric Indicators in Science Policy and Research Evaluation

Dataset containing 73 peer-reviewed articles analysed in a study on the use of bibliometric indicators in science policy and research evaluation. Each record includes descriptive and analytical variables derived from full-text reading, including study objectives, relationship with science and technology policy (STP), bibliometric indicators used, and key findings. The dataset also provides the attribution of analytical systems and a multi-label classification of indicators, along with publication metadata, data sources and methodological information.
