Phenotypic and genotypic data for genome-wide association study of flag leaf morphology in Chinese endemic wheat

This dataset contains all primary phenotypic measurements and high-density genotypic markers used for the genome-wide association study (GWAS) of flag leaf morphology (FLM) traits in a unique panel of 182 Chinese endemic wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) accessions, as described in the associated publication.The resources provided here enable the full replication of the statistical analyses, facilitate future meta-analyses, and support the investigation of the genetic architecture underlying photosynthetic and yield-related traits in polyploid wheat.
