资源简介:
Effective treatment strategies for stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in elite female athletes (EFAs) are vital for their swift return to sports. This research assesses the efficacy and possible disadvantages of non-ablative Er laser therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) for treating SUI in EFAs. Utilizing a discrete mathematics analytical approach with network graphs, we identify key factors affecting treatment outcomes and address the issues of small sample sizes and unknown variables in this group. Our findings show notable improvements in urinary incontinence symptoms and higher return rates to elite sports activities in the laser treatment group compared to the PFMT-only group. The discrete mathematics approach provides a clear visualization of the intricate relationships between variables, aiding in the development of personalized treatment plans. This study underscores the potential of laser therapy as an effective SUI treatment for EFAs, highlighting the importance of customized treatment strategies.
