资源简介:
Truffles are among the most highly prized edible fungi worldwide. They constitute at the same time complex microhabitats harboring a high diversity of microorganisms. The aim of the present study was to decipher if ascomata compartments of the truffle Tuber pseudohimalayense select their associated bacterial microbiome from that of environmental nearby pine forest soils. We used high throughput sequencing of V4 ribosomal DNA regions to characterize and compare the bacterial microbiomes in forest soil and soil adhere to truffle peridium with those in truffle peridium and gleba, in three maturation stages.
