Metrosideros polymorpha mother trees used for vegetative propagation and number of generated clonal ramets used in Ceratocystis lukuohia inoculation trials.

Trees are denoted by species varieties incana, glaberrima or their hybrid and site location. Counts are listed for all trees that had their leaf spectra sampled pre-inoculation (Pre-Inoc.) as well as those regularly sampled post-inoculation (Post-Inoc.). The four sites from Hawaiʻi Island represented in this study are: Institute of Pacific Islands Forestry (IPIF), Keaukaha Military Reserve (KEMR), Stainback Highway (STBK), and Puʻu Kaliu (PUKA).
