Data and Code for "Spatially Non-stationary Environmental Controls on Notoginsenoside R1 Accumulation in Panax notoginseng: An Integrated GeoDetector–GWR Framework"

This repository provides the data and R scripts supporting the study “Spatially Non-stationary Environmental Controls on Notoginsenoside R1 Accumulation in Panax notoginseng: An Integrated GeoDetector–GWR Framework”. The repository contains the environmental predictors, notoginsenoside R1 observations, candidate predictors and interaction terms, GWR training samples, independent validation samples, and spatial prediction points, together with the R scripts used for GeoDetector analysis, GWR variable selection, model fitting, validation, bandwidth sensitivity analysis, and spatial prediction. The materials are provided to facilitate reproducibility, transparency, and independent verification of the analyses and results reported in the associated manuscript.
