Supplemental Material for Validation Design Governs Transfer Evidence in Monitoring-Informed Excavation Forecasting

This record contains the supplemental material supporting the manuscript “Validation Design Governs Transfer Evidence in Monitoring-Informed Excavation Forecasting.” It provides project-level performance results, leakage-control and reproducibility details, engineering-risk-normalized analyses, and a geographic external-validation extension. The development cohort comprises 11 anonymized projects in the Taipei Basin. The external extension contains four projects from Hsinchu, Changhua, Taichung, and Yilan, comprising 21 inclinometers, 339 complete profiles, and 299 post-excavation monitoring transitions. The mixed external results are reported as boundary evidence and do not imply universal transportability. Project identifiers, exact coordinates, proprietary monitoring reports, and original engineering records are not included.
