This dataset comprises RT-PCR analyses of 34 genes on urine samples from 131 kidney allograft recipients enroled in the BIOMARGIN study (step 1), with associated metadata showing the Banff Lesion Score for Peritubular Capillaritis (ptc) evaluated on each patient's corresponding kidney allograft biopsy.Data were normalized with housekeeping gene GAPDH using the delta Ct method and then log transformed.
