NRS-16655 | Biennial Conferences of Australian Milk Boards-Reports of Proceedings

This consists of copies of the minutes of proceedings of Biennial Conferences of Australian Milk Boards, held in Adelaide in 1952, Melbourne in 1956, Hobart in 1958, Sydney in 1960, and Brisbane in 1962. The conferences were attended by the members of the milk boards in each Australian State in addition to conference staff (reporters and minute secretaries). The conferences dealt with matters of mutual concern including issues of quality control, farming practice and equipment, retail distribution, containers and packaging, advertising, the free milk to schools scheme, and licensing of producers.
