Latin America: trademark-intensive sectors in GDP 2019, by country

In Costa Rica, trademark-intensive economic sectors accounted for 42 percent of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) in 2019. In Peru, the share stood at 10 percent. In Latin America, Brazil was the country with most trademark applications and registrations in 2018.
