SMFS of the heterodimeric 6-heptad coiled coil A6B6 (shear geometry with Cys-A6 and B6-Cys)

This library contains the atomic force microscope (AFM)-based single-molecule force spectroscopy (SMFS) data for the coiled coil A6B6, measured in shear loading geometry. The dataset includes all measured force-extension curves without preselection for single rupture events (three independent experiments).

The measured heterodimeric coiled coil has the following sequence:
