3D oceanographic assets for the web and digital twins

This dataset contains 3D assets developed for web-based 3D digital twins. These assets include digital models of oceanographic buoys, scientific instruments, drifters, and Argo floats. Every asset is modeled after real-world equipment and optimized specifically for the web. They feature small file sizes for quick loading times and use standard rendering techniques, allowing them to be rendered without requiring specialized engine or custom shaders. Most models can be quickly visualized in this sketchfab repository.

A report is included in the dataset with information about each model and its real-world reference.
