Histone modification ChIP-seq profile of Glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs) and Non-stem tumor cells (NSTCs)

GSCs carry various epigenetic alterations at specific genomic sites functionally implicated in self-maintenance and tumor progression. We used chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (ChIP–seq) to investigate the histone modifications of GSCs and NSTCs. Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for histone modifications H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K27ac and H3K27me3 in GSCs and NSTCs.
