Model setup, model input, and data to reproduce figures for Agulhas Ring-Internal Tides

The dataset includes the setup and input files for MITgcm simulations of Agulhas rings - internal tide interactions, as well as the data required to reproduce the figures presented in the manuscript. The data for Figures 1 to 5 are named as fig[number].mat respectively. Due to the large size of the model output data, it is not included but can be made available upon request at [e-mail].
