Muscle Transcriptomic Circuits Linked to Periarticular Physiology in End-Stage Osteoarthritis.

Long RNAseq was performed on vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, tensor fascia latae, or gluteus maximus muscle samples from patients with end-stage OA.
