Figure-reproduction code and raw data for "Polyamines regulate cell fate by altering the accessibility of histone tails"

Source code and raw data to reproduce all main and supplementary figures of the manuscript “Polyamines regulate cell fate by altering the accessibility of histone tails” (Emmons-Bell et al.). Each figure has a self-contained directory containing an R script that reads only from that figure’s raw_data/ folder via relative paths, a per-figure README describing every panel and its data source and statistics, and the reference figure PDF. Data types include ATAC-seq and RNA-seq summary tables, LC-MS/GC-MS metabolomics, flow cytometry (FCS and gated GatingSets), confocal and immunofluorescence microscopy, western blots, and reanalyses of published OSKM reprogramming datasets (Chronis et al. 2017; Schiebinger et al. 2019). Scripts require R 4.5.x and run in a UTF-8 locale; see the top-level README for the full package list and a run_all.sh convenience script.
