MD simulation data of truncated tau variants Tau321-343 and Tau326-343 using CHARMM36m

The dataset contains the MD simulation data associated with the article: "Gradual N-terminal truncation of tau dGAE (297-391) reveals the importance of 321-325 sequence for early steps of fibril formation" (not published yet) Trajectories were produced using CHARMM36m force field with charmm36-modified mTIP3P water model. MD simulations were produced from fully extended protein structures.
