Biodiversity description of the Crystal mountains national park buffer

Data are provided by the Institut de Pharmacopée et de Médecine Traditionnelles (IPHAMETRA). Data was collected from 123 plots of 2500 m2 (31 ha) installed in the area that will host the construction of the national project of hydroelectric dam. Trees with diameter at breast height (dbh) ≥ 10 cm were measured and identified. The dbh is measured with a diametric tape at approximately 1.3 m from ground or 30 cm above buttresses and stilt roots, avoiding lianas growing on the trunk.
