资源简介:
Our research is helpful to understand the physiological and pathological level changes caused by the antagonist NOX_6_18 acting on the receptor GPR132 on the macrophages of WAT or Liver, to find the mechanism of the signaling pathway downstream of GPR132 under the action of the antagonist NOX_6_18. In this study, we isolated macrophages in WAT or Liver from GPR132fl/fl or Lyz2_cre+/_GPR132fl/fl mice fed HFD that were treated with control vehicle or the antagonist NOX_6_18. The control group and the antagonist stimulation group (2 samples each) were subjected to RNA sequencing.
