TGA-IPR Deconvolution Code

This dataset contains the Python code used to implement Independent Parallel Reaction (IPR) deconvolution for model verification (through published datasets), model validation (through industrial wood and pulp samples), and sensitivity analysis (involving parameter initialisation and perturbation). The files are provided as supplementary material for the study titled “Rapid Compositional Analysis of Wood and Kraft Pulp via Thermogravimetric Peak Deconvolution.” The accompanying CSV file contains raw thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) data obtained from the pyrolysis of Eucalyptus woodchips under a nitrogen atmosphere as a representative dataset.
