AIDO.Cell数据集收集包括细胞类型分类和扰动数据两大类。细胞类型分类中有Zheng、Segerstolpe和scTab三个子数据集，分别包含11、13和164个细胞类型类别。扰动数据包含Tahoe-100M数据集。另外还有一个转录组时钟数据集，用于转录组时钟建模。
The AIDO.Cell Dataset Collection includes two main categories: Cell Type Classification and Perturbation Datasets. The Cell Type Classification consists of three sub-datasets: Zheng, Segerstolpe, and scTab, containing 11, 13, and 164 cell types respectively. The Perturbation Datasets include the Tahoe-100M dataset. Additionally, there is a Transcriptomic Clocks dataset for transcriptomic clock modeling.
