资源简介:

This repository contains data and images for: "Double quantum dots with quenched charging energy in PbTe nanowires" by Seth Byard, Maksim Gomanko, Adam Raynolds, Susheng Tan, Tongxie Zhang, Shixiong Zhang, and Sergey M. Frolov. --- "Figures" folder contains individual images of all figures used in the paper and supplementary info. "SEM_TEM_Images" folder contains an assortment of SEM and TEM images from this study, including the images used in the paper and supplementary info. Many additional images of the devices, nanowire growth chips, and TEM results are included. Please see the included slide deck in the "TEM" subfolder for a short summary of those results. "Data" folder includes 3 subfolders: 1. "Data_complete" contains all data from this study. Some data from the primary Device A is excluded due to being part of a parallel but distinct study involving this device. 2. "Data_figures" only contains data used for figures in the paper and supplementary info. 3. "Data_highlighted" contains a wide selection of data chosen to give an overview of results from each device, and also includes a slide deck to present these data visually. Many datasets show only a small number of data points due to the scans being ended early, and some show nothing but noise due to setup errors. All of these scans are still included in "Data_complete" but are excluded from "Data_highlighted." Data are mostly organized by device (A, B, C, and D). Device A is the primary device examined in the paper. The others are summarized in the paper's supplementary information. We measured devices in the order B --> D --> A --> C. This is reflected in the indexing/numbering of the datasets, which is done automatically by QTLab during measurements. Each scan/dataset is associated with 3 files: 1. DAT files contain raw data. These can be plotted conveniently with QTPlot, a Python plotter made by Ruben van Gulik: https://github.com/Rubenknex/qtplot 2. SET files list various settings and parameters for the measurement system at the time of measurement, including magnetic fields (Bz and Bx components). 3. PY files are the python scripts used for data acquisition via the software QTLab. Note that the PY scripts also contain lists of system parameters, in a comment format, intended as supplemental record-keeping. However, details were not always updated in this section when they should have been. Notably, it was never updated across data 16599-16725. Mistakes in this in-script list are otherwise rare, but it should still be regarded as a secondary, rather than primary, source of information.
