Sweet potato (cultivar N and cultivar X) clean sequencing reads

Sweet potato is the world's seventh most important food crop. Cadmium accumulation in edible roots were different between cultivars N (low cadmium accumulation) and X (high cadmium accumulation). To investigated the molecular mechanism involved in cadmium accumulation within the two sweet potato cultivars, 18 cDNA libraries (three biological replicates were performed) from the roots of each cultivar treated by CK (0.25 mg Cd kg-1), Cd1 (1.0 mg Cd kg-1) and Cd5 (5.0 mg Cd kg-1) were constructed and sequence by RNA-sequencing.
