The attached file contains the following data, which act as supporting information for the paper mentioned in the title. In the first two tabs, the properties of all models in the two model sets discussed in the paper, and the results of applying the inverse line to each. The data in the first tab was used to construct Figures 15 and 16. The data in the second tab was used to construct Figures 17 and 18. In the third tab, the intersections discussed in the context of Figures 20A and 20B, used to construct Figures 20C and 20D. In the fourth tab, the intersections discussed in the context of Figures 20C and 20D, used to construct figures 20E and 20F.
