Arcobacter abundance, carbon fixation and denitrification rates from water samples during METEOR cruise M93

The data set contains Arcobcter cell abundances represented as percent of the microbial community (%DAPI), including rates of carbon fixation, denitrification sulfur and sulfide concentrations in stations sampled on the Peruvian shelf February-March 2013.
