Arachis hypogaea cultivar:jinhua5,M130 Raw sequence reads

Peanut (Arachis hypogaea) is an important oil and cash crop in the world and its growth habit has a great influence in the agronomic trait. In order to fulfill the requirement of yield, resistance and mechanized harvesting, it is highly desirable to gain a better understanding of the regulation controlling the main traits of the habit. Despite of the process in some model plants, the molecular mechanisms of first lateral branching development remain unknown in peanut. In the study, two habits in kinds of Jihua5 and M130 (erect and prostrate) were used to analyze the different in structure, content of endogenous hormones and the process in transcriptional regulation during first lateral branching development in the peanuts.
