transcriptional profiling (miRNAs) of human biopsies of colorectal cancer tumors (Lynch Sindrome, Sporadic old, Sporadic young and normal mucosa) Overall design: Four experimental groups: Normal mucosa, Lynch sindrome, Sporadic CRC diagnosed under 45 years, Sporadic CRC diagnosed over 45 years. Biological replicates:1 non-tumour colonic mucosae as control, 2 sporadic CRC patients diagnosed under 45 years without Lynch syndrome, 3 CRC patients with Lynch syndrome, 2 sporadic CRC patients diagnosed over 45 years without Lynch syndrome. One replicate per array.
