The goal is to assess the impact of oxygen partial pressure on Moving bed biofilm reactors (MBBRs) treating produced water. After growing a community on 3 MBBRs at 21%, 60% and 100% oxygen, the biofilms were collected and sent to 16S rDNA sequencing after amplification of the V3-V4 region by the 341F-806R primers.
