资源简介:
Prenatal exposure to BPA and BPS at environmentally relevant doses leads to transgenerationally reproductive impairments including lower sperm counts and motility in male mice. To elucidate the transgenerational effects, we orally administrated pregnant CD-1 females (F0) with 50 micro g/kg/day BPA or BPS from gestational day 7 to birth and performed single-cell (sc) RNA and ATAC-seq analysis on postnatal day 6 germ cells from F1, F2, and F3 males.
