VPRS 1526 Court of Petty Sessions Record Books

This series consists of a number of Court of Petty Sessions Record Books. Some volumes appear to include details of matters heard in General Sessions.The contents of the volumes are not consistent. Some volumes contain depositions while others contain summary details of cases heard in the Court of Petty Sessions. Some volumes contain both depositions and summary details of cases.P consignment: the date range of units 4 and 5 overlap. Even so, there does not seem to be any correlation between the cases in these two books.Further research may be required.
