Mangrove expansion in a large river delta is dependent on foreshore geomorphology

This dataset contains the derived environmental variables used in the analyses of the paper "Mangrove expansion in a large river delta is dependent on foreshore geomorphology". The files include: mangrove_transect_environmental_data.csv - The main derived environmental dataset (elevation, slope, mudflat_length, curvature, wind_fetch, inundation_duration, inundation_frequency, inundation_depth) used for the statistical analysis and figures presented in the manuscript. Each row represents the value derived across each studied transect (total of 389 transects). curvature_elevation_classes_data.csv - Mudflat curvature data across different elevation classes along the vertical profile. slope_elevation_classes_data.csv - Mudflat slope data across different elevation classes along the vertical profile.
