Sample coordinates for use with the CTReconSim macro. Femoral coordinates were obtained from the freely available KESKONRIX Osirix data set (left femur), and derotated (neutrally aligned) according to the criteria described by Olesen (2013). Knee coordinates were obtained from an anonymised knee CT donated by a local orthopaedic centre. The scan was obtained for diagnostic purposes unrelated to this project.
