CLEAR-15 Hex-Level Readiness Scores and Classification Results — City of Melbourne LGA (85 Hexagonal Grid Cells)

This dataset contains hex-level CLEAR-15 readiness scores and classification results for 85 hexagonal grid cells covering the City of Melbourne Local Government Area, Australia (~284,352 residents). It supports the research article "Beyond Proximity: Assessing Neighborhood-Scale 15-Minute City Readiness in the City of Melbourne Using the CLEAR-15 Framework" submitted to Cities (Elsevier). The dataset includes pillar scores for all four CLEAR-15 dimensions (A: Access and Completeness, B: Connectivity and Continuity, C: Everyday-use Urban Design, D: Environment and Open Space), the composite CLEAR-15 score, readiness class classifications (Core/Good/Emerging/Weak), and supporting indicator fields for all 85 spatial units. Population-weighted composite score: 1.87/3. Source data: OpenStreetMap, Victorian Government Data Directory (Vicmap Admin, Features of Interest, Property, Planning), City of Melbourne Open Data Platform, Public Transport Victoria GTFS feed.
