The location of buildings, inspections and violations that were issued by the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection (DBI), San Francisco Department of Health (SFDPH), and The San Francisco Fire Department (SFFD) for 1/2008 - 8/2013 for residential buildings in San Francisco. This dataset adheres to the House Facts Data Standard version 1.2 - which is a government open data standard that provides a uniform format for reporting governmental data on the regulation of health and safety laws for residential housing in a machine readable format. The specification links data to the residential building understanding that a single building may have multiple dwelling units and multiple owners.
