Whole genome, long-read sequencing of Macaca mulatta sample rh1990. PBMC. nanopore

Twenty-two whole genome sequencing libraries were prepared using three PBMC isolates from two rhesus and one cynomolgus macaques. Libraries were sequencing using Oxford Nanopore Technologies' GridIon instruments. Long read libraries were prepared using one of three slow pipetting methods to test the efficiency of automated slow pipetting for read length retention against manual slow pipetting.
