The absolute Spearman rank correlation coefficient is indicated for each pair of SPIs that significantly classified SCZ and/or ASD participants from controls.

For each pair of SPIs, the correlation was estimated from the union of all region–region pairs from all SCZ, ASD, and control participants. The absolute value of the correlation coefficient is indicated as we focused on the magnitude of the relationship between each SPI pair. (CSV)
