Significant coefficients (p≤ 0.05) are in bold.As there were several missing variables for many NC zebra, we built a series of nested models for each response parameter, allowing us to take advantage of the largest possible dataset for each iteration (see the differing N for each model). The first model in each set includes only host and environmental factors and either FGM (parasite models) or GI parasite counts (FGM models). The second model in each set also includes FPM and FEM hormones. The final model in each set includes only males to examine FTM effects.
