资源简介:
Excessive mitochondrial fission plays a key role in podocyte injury in diabetic kidney disease (DKD), and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are important in the development and progression of DKD. However, lncRNA regulation of mitochondrial fission in podocytes is poorly understood. Here, we want to identify how lncRNA changes in human podocytes cultured with high glucose. Differentiated human podocytes were treated with normal glucose (NG, 5.5 mmol/l) and high glucose (HG, 30 mmol/l) medium for 72 h. All experiments were performed in triplicate. Analysis for expression of lncRNA was carried out using a microarray (Arraystar Human lncRNA microarray v3; Agilent Technology, Santa Clara, USA).
