We present a set of data from river pollen traps, from the Amazonian regions of Peru and Ecuador. The traps were set up in 2024 in the Yanayacu River (Peru) for a pilot trial, and then in the Yanayacu, Amazon (Peru) and Tiputini (Ecuador) in 2025. The traps were subdivided into sections, separated by decreasing mesh size (150, 48 and 5 µm) and viscose rayon (placed before and after the 5µm mesh; >5 and <5 µm) to increase trapping efficacy; pollen was counted separately for each trapping medium and then summed for the entire trap. The following data contains the raw pollen counts, percentages, concentrations for the separate trapping media in each trap, as well as the cumulative data for each trap. Pollen influx was calculated for each entire trap.
