Pest management by biological means are effective and eco-friendly strategies, bio-insecticidal metabolites isolated from microorganisms have been gaining increased attention and interest. Actinomycetes represent one of the most important and widely studied microbial resources because they produce various forms of active compounds for use as pesticides. In this study, we announce the complete genome sequence of Streptomyces sp. F41, an actinomycetes with anti-insect potential.
