Theranostic nanoplatforms for therapy and diagnostics of ovarian cancer - preliminary studies: representative dataset for gold and gold/protoporphyrin IX nanoparticles

This dataset contains unprocessed FTIR and XRD measurements of gold (Au) nanoparticles and gold/protoporphyrin IX conjugates synthesized using two chemical routes (Turkevich and reverse Turkevich). The files represent raw instrument outputs, documenting the structural and chemical characteristics of the materials, and can be opened in simple text editors, such as Windows Notepad. The dataset includes four sample types and provides examples of how synthesis conditions influence spectral and diffraction profiles. A clear naming convention and minimal codebook ensure transparency and traceability. Only raw, representative data are shared due to ongoing publication plans and the need to protect unpublished results. The dataset offers sufficient information to understand measurement conditions and support reproducibility.
