This package includes all the experimental datasets that were used for the figures in the paper '<i>Spatial transcriptomics using combinatorial fluorescence spectral and lifetime encoding, imaging and analysis</i>'.Each folder is associated to a figure (3 through 6) and each experiment is accompanied by a csv file with the extracted data.The raw data can be analyzed using our image processing pipeline for MATLAB, available in FigShare:MOSAICA software (figshare.com)<br>
