Replication stress generates distinctive landscapes of DNA copy number alterations and chromosome scale losses

Images of human cell line RPE1 after treatment with DMSO or 0.4uM aphidicolin for 24hrs. Fixed cells were stained with DAPI, tubulin, CENPA and pan-kinetochore CREST antibody, and analysed for segregation errors. Images of RPE1 cells after treatment with aphidicolin; cells were fixed in Carnoy's and stained with either panCentromeric probe or specific chromosome paints, and anaphase cells or micronuclei from interphase cells were imaged using a Deltavision microscope.
