Grounded to Grow Field Notebooks and Surveys

Two notebooks were created for student to use during the 25-26 school year. Each student participated in a variety of activities and recorded their own data finding. Along with collecting data during a lesson, students were given an exit ticket question for proof of comprehension. These exit tickets were collected and placed into an excel sheet to pair with students pre and post survey results. The surveys our evaluator created to gauge students and teacher knowledge pre and post program, you will see survey questions, pre and post responses, and a full summative report of our finding.
